Ethan first and foremost is a man of God. He then is a family man with a beautiful family of a wife, four children & three dogs!!
Ethan grew up in the residential construction trades always working with his father who owned an Electrical contracting company along with a "Handy-Man" type of company that did all the other common trades. This is where his foundation was built and the knowledge of the trades along with management skills happened.
He then went out on his own and started working in the Industrial Electrical Industry where he learned process controls, VFD's, Instrumentation etc... for industrial & chemical plants. This led to a corporate Management position that built high-level skills in problem solving, Management, processes & procedures.
He then started EJB Services as a hobby to help out his family but quickly realized there was big opportunity for him in the services industry. Too many times he came across unsatisfied customers that had terrible experiences with contractors and poor-quality work that he decided to do something about it.
